What does "future apps" mean?

As long as your Platinum Membership is active (or if you purchased Lifetime), any new medical application developed and released by RER MedApps will automatically be available for you to download and use at no extra cost.

Can I use my account on both my iPhone and Android tablet?

Yes! Your Platinum Membership is linked to your RER MedApps account, not a specific device. You can log in on any supported iOS or Android device to access your premium content.

Is it a recurring subscription?

The 3-Month and 6-Month plans are one-time payments for that specific duration of access. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment for perpetual access.

How can I pay for the membership?

We process all transactions securely through PayHere. You can easily pay using major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), as well as mobile wallets (eZ Cash, mCash) and direct bank transfers depending on your region.

How do I access my premium account?

After checkout, you can provide us with up to two email addresses. You will use these emails to sign in and unlock the premium features on our iOS and Android apps. Your membership supports usage on up to 4 devices.

What happens if I share my account?

Account sharing is strictly monitored to protect our platform. You are limited to the provided emails and a maximum of 4 devices. If our system detects unauthorized sharing beyond these limits, your Platinum Membership will be subject to immediate suspension or termination without a refund.

What is your refund policy?
