1. Introduction & Use of the Platform

Welcome to RER MedApps. By accessing, downloading, or using our suite of medical education applications ("Apps"), our website, or subscribing to our Platinum Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, download our applications, or make purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration and checkout processes.
• You may not use our website or applications for any unlawful, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.

3. Platinum Membership & Subscriptions

RER MedApps offers a premium tier known as the "Platinum Membership," granting access to our complete library of current and future applications.

3.1 Device & Email Limits

Your Platinum Membership is for personal use only. Upon purchase, you may register up to two (2) personal email addresses (e.g., to support logging into an iOS device with an Apple ID and an Android device with a Google account). You are permitted to use your premium account on a maximum of four (4) devices simultaneously.

3.2 Account Sharing & Suspension

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Our system actively monitors login activity, device IDs, and usage patterns. If we detect that your account details are being shared with unauthorized individuals, or if your usage exceeds the 4-device limit, RER MedApps reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your Platinum Membership without prior notice and without a refund.

4. Orders, Payments & Access

4.1 Pricing & Payment Processing

By placing an order on our platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected membership or application. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized account sharing, or errors in pricing information.

Payments for our Platinum Membership and other in-app purchases may be processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, PayHere (accepting major credit/debit cards and bank transfers where supported), or directly through Apple In-App Purchases (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android). We do not store or have access to your full payment details. When purchasing through Apple or Google, their respective payment terms, conditions, and privacy policies will also apply.

4.2 Billing Cycles

Our 3-Month and 6-Month plans are billed as one-time, non-recurring payments for the specified duration. The Lifetime plan grants perpetual access for the lifetime of the service with a single upfront payment. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, active subscriptions will not be retroactively altered.

4.3 Delivery of Digital Products

Unlike physical goods, our applications and Platinum Membership access are digital. Access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your premium access syncs to your registered accounts without delay.

4.4 Seven-Day Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our apps. If you are unsatisfied with your Platinum Membership, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase date. After this 7-day window has passed, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. To request a refund, you must contact our support team directly.

5. Product Information & Pre-Releases

We strive to provide accurate app descriptions, update notes, and medical information; however, we do not guarantee that all content is entirely error-free or complete. Platinum Members may occasionally receive early "Alpha" or "Beta" access to unreleased applications. These applications are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies.

6. Advertisements

Certain versions of our applications may display advertisements, including Google Ads and advertisements from other third-party networks. RER MedApps does not endorse the products or services shown in these advertisements, and their respective third-party terms and privacy policies apply. Upgrading to a Platinum Membership provides an ad-free experience across our supported applications.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials within RER MedApps—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, clinical cases, 3D models, sound recordings, and code—are protected by intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of RER MedApps or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any content from our website or applications without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RER MedApps, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, our applications, or the purchase of our memberships.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or ultimate suitability of the products offered on our platform for your specific clinical or educational needs.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our Apps or Platinum Membership after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
